So you'd want: cvar A = give server information about players current equip. Ok.
But isn't item_equip sending information every time a player equips something? So you'd save that information. "item_pickup" should help with saving info about picked-up weapons. I'm curious about this as well, cuz i was also looking for a way to find out what players have equipped.
