Hello CS:GO community I'm currently renting a 20-slot CS:GO server and since the newest update on 8/14, i've run into this problem twice now. What has happened BOTH times: the match has ended (at full capacity/20 slots filled) and as the new map comes up with team selection, the server crashes and i get this message from my GSP saying "Game server max slots has been modified from 20 to 23. As a result our monitoring system has stopped your service automatically. If this is an error please open a support ticket." The first time this happened, the message said we changed it to max slots @ 26. But again, BOTH times this has happened it was changing to a new map and we did NOT modify the maximum slots.
This is more annoying than the actual issue, as we lose the ~20 people who are in the pub and end up going to another server cuz ours crashes. Has anyone else come across this issue? We are running: Metamod: 1.9.3-hg824 Sourcemod: 1.5.0-hg3890 We've had these mods running since March and never have i had this issue up until the 8/14 update. my GSP was kind enough to set the control panel to allow 3 extra slots so if the server changes from 20 to 23 again it won't restart...but i'm still worried because of the 1st error saying it changed to 26 slots. Any ideas? Could too many people have joined at once and maybe clashed with our bot quota set at 10? Please let me know what else i can check. One laste note: last week the game server was re-installed and no config files were modified to allow more than 20-allowed connections. -Anthony Average at Best Gaming. -- View this message in context: http://csgo-servers.1073505.n5.nabble.com/Game-server-max-slots-has-been-modified-from-20-to-23-As-a-result-our-monitoring-system-has-stopped-r-tp5213.html Sent from the CSGO_Servers mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Csgo_servers mailing list [email protected] https://list.valvesoftware.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/csgo_servers
