No, we deleted them too when that update came out so we could get WS working again. I also tried making a new vanila dedicated server on my own PC running windows and the problem is the same. So again valve fk-d up something and they wont fix it, but they would like us to host servers and get more player into this game.... fail strategy. NO support = slowly decreasing player numbers.
By the way has anyone got any money from valve? Cause right now it seems the whole CSGO community is beta testing their game for more than a year.
