Moved off from CSGO to other projects or still away for unknown reasons.
People shift inside Valve frequently. It has happened before and will
happen again. Chet from Valve stopped posting update notes to from left
for dead 2 to L4D-related mailing list ages ago and hasn't been heard
since. Jason Ruymen from Valve also stopped posting notes to hlds and
hlds_linux & hlds_announce mailing list. Eric Smith took his place (and
good thing he did).
CSGO and L4D/2 are side forks that are not announced on the 3 main
mailing lists that i mentioned. So when someone doing the notes skips to
other things, no one seems to take place.
