- steamcmd needs for updates the AppID for servers (csgo -> 740) - the server is checking his version against the masterserver with the AppID of the client (csgo -> 730) - the file steam_appid.txt must have the client AppID of the Mod (csgo -> 730) - normally the file steam_appid.txt will be created after starting a server with a mod (last csgo update broke this mechanism) - non-csgo-servers needs after an instllation a restart to load this file (I think this bug is not fixed yet)
