I've seen Maxplayers override via start-up but there are other settings
I want to over-ride. IE, Bot quotas, free armor, max money, flashbang
allowance, etc.
I've done some setting up of gamemode_server.txt and so forth and even
tried setting up a separate server.cfg file for it with no luck in any
settings over-riding the default.
I am lost at this point as every where you are supposed to be able to
over-ride default settings does not seem to over-ride or customize
anything at all.
