So we all calm down now!

Actually, there is not a global client side problem. There are times when my client is left connected to a full server for upwards of 16 hours and my ram usage doesn't go over 700k. I monitor my memory usage regularly because months and months ago I used to have a problem, but there has not been a single case of my ram usage going over a GB in 6 months. I've also never had my video options reset. Not to say there isn't a problem, because some people do experience it, but it's not a problem happening universally, therefore, there will be no universal fix for it.

Sure, we all wanna see performance improvements. But not everyone is experiencing poor performance. Valve is doing huge things for the CS community as a whole with micro-transactions, whether you or anyone else likes it or not. You can accept it and roll with it, or move the fuck on. When Valve sees their player numbers decline, instead of rapidly increase (which is what's happening), I'm sure they'll focus on fixing problems. But all these huge problems you are claiming, clearly aren't deterring anyone from playing right now. Damn near 100k players on a daily basis. Re-evaluate your bitch list and pick your battles, we are getting fixes a little bit at a time.

Man if they where focusing on client side they would have fixed
    serveral client side problems too.
Liket the most anoying memoryleak (fps start heavly dropping after
1.2Gb used ram and getting worser and worser until 2.8Gb when CSGO
crashes), i am not able to play a 24 round map whitout getting
    this s#@t.
Or the on when the game resets the video options, or i could
countinnue i but i will not.

So next time if you don't know what are we talking about pls,
    please keep your mouth shut.
