to get this forever issue hopefully resolved.
Myself and other managers and operators of CSGO servers are plagued
with the constant issue of when a server empties out...without a full
restart occurring...future connections from users are faced with the

Now I have tried all sorts of cvar "workarounds" posted through
various threads and forums on numerous websites...all met with utter

/My testing shows no matter what cvar settings, the very second the
server empties, all is lost./
The *only* resolution currently is a full server restart...one usually
done manually and perhaps tedious to some.
Now I ask of Valve in this specific case, can we *finally* get
something implemented to fix this issue that has been around for the
better part of a *year and a half*?
