Man, this isn't true. Yes, it's a quadcore ..but it has 8 (!!!) threads. 1 server per THREAD is a good estimate. I'm currently running 8x10 Slot servers (128tick) on my machine ( 1270v3, 3.5ghz ) and 1 instance takes up about 25-40% of the THREAD.... with REALLY good performance.
