use symlinks and one server will take up only a few MB. If you ned a
symlink based panel try https://easy-wi.com.
if you want to setup manually, copy files you need to edit manually and
afterwards
cp -sr /absolute/path/to/masterserver/* /home/targetUser/serverFolder/
Most servers are idle so planning 12 servers on such a machine is way to
less. As you have so many cores you probably can setup 24 servers and
still the load will be very low.
Regarding CPU:
The main working tread is single threaded. 12 slots can eat up 1- 1,5Ghz
of a modern CPU easily. There have been plenty of threads were people
commented they are using up to 4Ghz to run a stable 32 slots server
@128tick.

1x 64 Gb SSD disk
196 GB Ram
Ubuntu LTS 12.04
How many 128 tick 12 slots servers can I host?
I also have in mind just to use it for GoTV proxies, would that be
preferable?
