I believe there is a client side bug introduced in the patch yesterday. I've spoken to several people experiencing the same issue.
Since the update 7/23/2014 my audio stutters and the whole screen freezes for a brief second. It happens in the menus and in game while playing. Really sucks when I get killed because my game locks up if even for only a fraction of a second. This only started happening after the update. I've verified my cache and even reinstalled with the same results. My computer is plenty beefy for this game. i7-3770k 16GB ram Nvidia GTX 650 Ti 2GB Logitech G930 headset Win 8.1 64bit
