Connecting by the connect command does work. Inviting people to the game also works. Friends going to their friends profile and clicking "Join Game" does not always work.
sv_region 0 is how I have my settings. Server is located in New York. I tried changing up my filter settings in CSGO and got nothing. Same for other people I've had go looking for me just in the event only my game wasn't listing the server for some reason. I fixed my sv_tags to contain no spaces.
