Was this confirmed and did it make the patch tonight? Patch notes don't specify 
any changes to Linux SRCDS performance.

Im testing a build right now that seems to make the lagspikes "better" and they 
seem to wanna ship this build in next patch. Probably next week if not tonight.
But they also said that they gonna keep working on it to make it even better 
because the problem is still there.
