I have that same processor and run 8 or so 128 tick servers on it. All of them maintain low variance. I've never had all servers full, but I have had a much 60 or so slots full across maybe five servers on the machine with no performance degradation. This is a screenshot I took of htop once when I had about 50 slots full.
