If you set a custom player model on a client the radio commands won't work
unless the model file name is prefixed with one of the default player model
names. It appears the game is using the player models filename prefix as the
means to detect which voice files to use.

For example:
ctm_fbi_varXXXXX - Uses the FBI voices.
ctm_gign_varXXXXX - Uses the GIGN voices.
tm_anarchist_varXXXXX - Uses the Anarchist voices.
tm_leet_varXXXXX - Uses the leet voices.
etc...

The XXXXX means you can put whatever you want as long as you prefix it with
the default model name all the way up to _var first.

It would be nice if the game could use some of the more generic sounding
voices (or maybe choose at random) as a fallback if the players current
model name isn't prefixed. Currently it shows the radio command in the
chatbox but doesn't play a sound.
