You get less input delay if you don't use Aero. That said, I actually
get less latency in windowed (as opposed to fullscreen) if I'm running
>90fps, still on my 60hz monitor. It's all weird and setup-specific stuff.

Windowed mode isn’t an option for a lot of us as it adds input delay
and also removes a lot of display options.
I think it’s fairly safe to assume it will be fixed in the next patch
as it’s fairly widespread.

This still occurs today. It has never done with me, but I have
noticed it happens to players between map changes on community
servers (specifically workshop maps). Does anyone have any ideas?
