That does not work. I have it set in server.cfg and gamemode_casual_server.cfg (and yes, I made sure I was running a casual server) and the tv_delay is still set to 105. (BTW, the default is 10, so if I simply hadn't set it in the correct config, it should be running the default the delay, not a random delay of 105).
It works fine in my competitive servers, but not in my casual servers.
