Community servers cant set team logos via cvars.
Regardless if sourcemod is involved or not.
Was this intentionally done and should i expect a fix?

We are used it today on every vp staff cup matches. Everything works perfectly.

It would have been nice of you if you were to link to the thread so if a
developer is interested in fixing this, he could check for the dates of the
reports. Because from the posts it seems that it can be tied to a specific
update.
