Nice try, but I do not live in a country where English is the primary
language. I do however work in a profession where English is the trade
language (and so do you BTW - that's also a huge flag).
I'd also like to note that I do not have any plugin threads where pages
of my posts have been deleted.
I have also not been permabanned once for stealing private plugins and
selling them without source code. (A ban that was literally only lifted
because you were harassing the moderators)
I have also not been tempbanned for a second time for advertising
private plugins on the forums.
I'm also (most importantly) not ripping off others for a quick buck.
To be more ontopic (finally).
There's just no way around a report system. I wouldn't be surprised that
some servers were not rightfully banned. I also wouldn't be surprised
that culprits (server ops and francisco) whine here on this mailing list.
Details on what a report system would look like have been discussed here
already, in great length. There's just nothing else to say about this.
