As far as I understand.
These crash reports goto Valve which are ignored if sourcrmod is involved.
You can install this extention so you can gain direct to your crash reports.

I'm running six CSGO servers with the Arena 1on1 (by splewis) mod spread out on
three machines. One of the servers has crashed 21 times since the CSGO patch
from 10/7 and a second server on a different machine crashed one time (not sure
if it was the same cause). All six servers are running the exactly same
plugins, settings and maps.

I tried to do a full new install from scratch both CSGO and sourcemod/metamod
(validated too). Also copied the full addon/cfg/map folders from a server
without crashes. I also tried changing the CPU core the server running on
without success. First i thought hardware error of some kind but then a 2nd
server crashed with the same error on a second machine. So far the first server
have crashed 21 times since 10/7.
The server isn't fully crashing, but it cant be seen online and this is what I
always get in the console:
Stopping 0 worker threads
Starting 1 worker threads
Today I got this in console for the first time:

I have no idea what this means. I'm running Linux (Gentoo). Anyone that could

I have no idea what to do with the .dmp files I'm getting, can I read them
