With the latest update game server will now repeat the same UserCmd for users
who are not transmitting their UserCmds in time.

Previously, if client stops transmitting any UserCmds while mid-air then that
client will just get stuck hanging mid-air until it either resumes transmitting
UserCmds or gets disconnected. With the new change non-transmitting client will
continue falling down and running physics thinks even if they stop
transmitting. When the client resumes transmitting the server will only allow
up to "sv_maxusrcmdprocessticks" backlogged UserCmds to be executed on a single
tick.

You can fix SMAC by treating the same identical UserCmds repeated by server
code as valid.

Subject: Re: [Csgo_servers] Update

It appears that the latest update has broken Source Mod Anti Cheat.

I know this isn't valves problem, but just an heads up to other community
owners out there.

Community servers that are running Source Mod Anti Cheat (SMAC) have been
broken by this server.

If you're in a server running SMAC and minimize you'll get banned for Eye
Test Angles Violation.
