I have a few mates with a lot of problems with corrupt files. On a second
device i had 23 damaged files and so ein mates complaining until 50 corrupt
files. Maybe there went sth Wrangler... . -. -

Here's the exact issue:
10 players connected
no bandwidth issue, processor usage below 2%
128 tick servers
When during a game i disable gotv by tv_enable 0, all players playing see a
20ms decrease in ping and when it is enabled, they all getting higher ping
which is very odd, no network or any other issue and this happens to every
player connected.
Seems like a bug
