As for the banning of Gameserver Login Tokens: Ignorance is not bliss. Look, this is not a democracy, things like 'fair' mean close to nothing. You made a mistake, knowingly or unknowingly. However, I do agree that the rules should be laid out more clearly. But, that page you linked to (https://steamcommunity.com/dev/managegameservers) is not for CS:GO alone. What would a better place be? I suggest placing a link explaining what isn't allowed, here: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Counter-Strike:_Global_Offensive_Dedicated_Servers, under "Registering Game Server Login Token".
