It's all about money guys. Server-community owners want to add banned plugins like "!ws" and "!knife" to their csgo servers in order to bring more traffic (as a great majority of players are appealed to those kind of servers which offer them all purchasable skins for free) and the more traffic you achieve, the more money you get via the ad-provider plugins. And most of these server owners generate from ads so much money every day that the loss from buying accounts/tokens/phones after every ban wave is minimal compared to their profit.
