Does this mean that we are allowed to provide players with custom skins, for weapons that I have or someone else has made and they are not sold in steam market?
*To clarify: it is also not acceptable to provide players with custom models and/or weapon skins that do not exist in the CS:GO ecosystem]* If so that means I can use the infamous weapons paint plugin, as long as it does not allowed to apply skins that are on sale for those weapons. Which means I can give skins like p90 dragonlore p250 dragonlore ak47 dragonlore, but just exclude awp dragonlore?
