I really doubt that you're missing glibc. glibc is the gnu implementation of the "standard" system calls (malloc, printf, open, et al).

More likely is that the version included in CentOS 6 is older than the version that CS:GO requires. You could try upgrading to CentOS 7 or you could try setting the server up in a chroot environment with newer libraries.

Repository.  Make sure it's the right version.
