ich meine das geht auch einfach
wenn man zur Anwendung im Visual Studio
ein Setupprojekt erstellt. Dort gibts eine
Einstellung, welche auf das Framework prüft
und es gegebenfalls installiert.

Der ReadRegDWORD Aufruf hat die notwendigen Keys. Funkt mit 1.1 genauso.
