Test and deliver new gadgets in a timely manner to the highest possible quality standard. Design and optimize existing tools, to ensure we optimize for efficiency and quality of output, and provide support to the teams in content sourcing. Be a central resource for quality checking of Gadgets and tools in content sourcing team at Google. Provide regular reports on growth and performance of the department, and develop metrics to measure this growth. Training curriculum development and delivery for the teams within the Gurgaon office. Coordinate effectively with other Team Leads across Content Sourcing team Manage projects as needed.
