Hi You might probably know me but let introduce myself anyway. I am Siddharth Goyal and I passed out last year only from NSIT. I started up a web development firm of mine called "Dulcet Solutions". *Coming to the point*: Dulcet is doing very well and now I wish to hire a really good person who is not only good technically but is also "entrepreneurial". The person we are looking for should be passing out this year only. *Compensation I am offering*: *Rs 20,000 a month (all in hand)* after a probation period of 2 months in which you will receive Rs 6000/- a month. *Job Description*: Any kind of work related to web development as well as work related to business growth such as bringing more business through client meetings and other things. I am basically looking for a person with a "can-do" attitude who focuses on solutions rather than problems. If he does well, the growth in the firm is bound to be very fast since we are in the process of developing some products and another web based venture. Chances are very good that the person will be hired later on by this second web based venture itself though I cannot comment on that at this point since the venture is still in the process of becoming an entity. We may soon be shifting towards Mobile based Web Development, categorically, iPhone based web development. *Location*: Delhi/NCR It will be good if the person carries their own laptop although I don't think that should be an issue for anyone.
