Subject: [css-d] Flash object problem in CSS

Hi,

I am having an unexplainable problem where flash objects are showing
up with incorrect height properties--- When I view the page in IE for
Mac, or Firefox it looks completely screwed up (there is a still photo
above the scrolling area, and the sizes are completely screwed up-- and
it should just be a clean horizontal scrolling image and in the footer
should be simple fading text)--- However, on IE6 for Windows it appears
to be fine...

When testing on OS X safari, it looks perfect, until I hover over any
of the links (english, french, german, or Enter) and then the flash gets
screwed and looks just as it appeared on Firefox or IE for mac...

as you can see, in safari before hovering over a link, it looks like this:

and after hovering, it looks like this:

For a test, I replaced the flash with images of the same size, and it
appears to lay out perfect in all browsers-- so it's definitely a flash
issue.

the html of the page can be found at:

 and the css is at:

 any assistance is greatly appreciated.
