ACK. How about developing for visitors rather than browsers? The only
visitors who are likely to check differences between the different
browsers are other developers.
 A visitor does not come to your sites to marvel at the design, she
has a purpose and a need that she needs fulfilled. IMHO it is much
more important to meet those needs and make sure our design is not in
that way. As long as the experience is not obtrusive and is the same
throughout the site, even a not perfect layout is OK in an old
browser.
