Display issues:

works : The navbar apperas to display correctly.
doesnt: #column1 and #column2 are wrapping instead of
floating left. Top padding on those two appears
to be smaller than 22px. I am assuming that is
being caused by what is causing them to wrap and
not float.

doesnt: everything ;) ul#navlist is not wrapping around the <li>s inside.
The border that appears to cap #contentwrap is really the bottom
border of #navlist. By putting a top border on
#contentwrap i could tell
the gap on the bottom of the image was between #contentwrap and
the image. IE also suffers from the same colum1 and 2 problems.
