I can't find the answer to these two questions anywhere else, and
they're so stupid and low-level I'm a bit embarrassed.
1. If you don't care about hiding the style sheet from NN4, is there
any reason to use @import?
2. Does it matter where in the head the links to style sheets go? DW
always puts them right before </head>, but is that important? (I am not
asking about their location relative to each other - I know the answer
to that one.)
