I strongly recommend Topstyle (Lite or Pro) if you want to learn CSS
coding.
www.bradsoft.com
I know a few of you have it and use it and live by it.
i tried top style pro and found it adequate. i have since found another
editor that has a similar layout that i like much better. it's tsw
webcoder5. there is a free version and a pro version. the difference
is the pro version comes with a year's support and help files. if you
have experience with dw or go live you can run this program. where do
you get it? here:
http://www.tsware.net/download.php
the download link is at the bottom of the page.
as for books, i recommend the eric meyer books on css. "more eric meyer
on css" got me understanding css quickly and this list helped me to
understand even more. the rest was meditation on problems and trial and
error until i couldn't stand it anymore. ;^)
