Hi Adam, Which spec are you talking about? I want to start reading specs.
I know CSS (2) fairly well, and I'd like to start learning why some rules behave differently in different browsers. I know I should be looking to the W3C for at least some of this information - is there a "starting place?" Also, are there any documents published by browser- builders about how they're implementing CSS and/or what their thoughts are about the W3C's proposals?
