Its a screen reader, not an aural browser. It reads what is on the
screen. (OK, there is  an ugly hack you can try - positioning the
content thousands of pixels to the side, but what possible content
could be relevent to users of non-CSS browsers and users of CSS
browsers with AT, but not users of CSS browsers without AT?)
