You won't be able to fix that without a whole bunch of 'height' declaration (else IE Mac doesn't understand 'bottom' for Absolute Positioned elements). Unfortunately, this will probably cause more problems as well. From a quick look at your code, I think you should be able to leave that footer as a static element filter out (hide) the 'position:absolute' from IE mac. Use position relative for that browser.
