Artcoder, I had a look at your site in IE Mac OSX (5.2) and It did not appear to have the problem shown in the images, did you fix it? However it does have a problem with the footer. But, before you go trying to fix that it might be worth getting the htm/xhtml/xml to validate first? Not doing so can be like chasing after the elusive end of the rainbow, always try to fix to styling on valid underlying code :) Running it through webXact also threw up a few more issues you may want to address.
