In your 'header-logo' div you have the following anchor tag:
<a href="http://mixdoaa1.miniserver.com/%7Easitstag/index.html";> </a>
That seems to be what's causing the problem. Try adding display: none;
either to an inline style or give it a class and define it in the
stylesheet. Or you can get rid of it all together of course. I'm not
sure what it is doing since it's not actually linking anything.
