Sorry for the confusion. The factor that I am talking about is the
clickthru's themselves, specifically, the number of clickthru's we are
counting on our ad server versus the number of clickthru's the 3rd
party server is saying actually occurred.

Well, we don't know either, but this is the only change that has
occurred which is why the effort here is to disqualify CSS as the
problem before persuing the ad agency with the issue. (It's to their
advantage for their software to undercount the number of clickthru's,
so they are not very helpful at all when it comes to an undercount
situation.)
