A great tool for developing css sites is the Web Developer Toolbar for
FireFox. Read about it and download it at:

You will, of course, need the FireFox browser, which is also
indispensable for css design work.

The web developer tool bar allows you to outline block level elements.
Doing this on your site reveals a slight overlap of the divs at the
top of the page, thus forcing the div on the right to drop below the
div on the left. One of the divs, including margins and padding, is
too wide.
