I have got this form to work completely except, in IE, the fourth group last field of the 'Additional Contacts' field set. For some reason IE drop this field down to the next line. I have changed the size of this form element but this does not produce any results. The other aspect of this that is strange to me is that the previous 3 groups do not produce this problem even though they are marked up the same.
Am I missing something?
