[css-d] targeting readonly form elements

I'm looking to add a simple background color to some form fields.  all 
of these fields happen to have the readonly="readonly" attribute 
attached to them.

Without classing each input box, is there a way with css that works in 
IE6 to target those inputs based on the readonly attribute?
