The RSS icons on (http://www.viavirtualearth.com/) are jumping too high in
Safari and Opera but are sweet in FF and IE6. Most of our market is IE6,
followed by FF. Safari and Opera don't rate high on our traffic at all, but
the designers use them so it'd be nice for them to actually be able to see
the site properly.
Any suggestions specific to this problem before I apply the awful hack?
Well seeing that you know the width and height of your RSS buttons,
I'd suggest that you position them absolutely, having first set the
position property of the h2's that enclose them to relative. That
should also make the code a good deal simpler than what you've got
already.
By the way Tatham, please take the time and effort to trim excess
