You are triggering quirksmode in IE6 with that xml declaration.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
On a local copy, when this declaration is removed and the file starts
with the doctype, the links are working. This is no explanation, nor a
workaround, but can you confirm?
