Make a back-up copy of the html file and run it through Tidy
Online<http://infohound.net/>. Tidy will point out the errors and
correct most if not all of them for you.
Validate the css file<http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/>.
And re-validate the mark-up <http://validator.w3.org/>.
