Hi Sam,
Depending on how your user is going to select the actual card I would do
a master/detail set up with the master selection in a table and the
detail pure CSS. That said I have done Master/Detail using CSS and it is
slightly lighter in delivered code. The nice thing about doing the
master CSS is that a fluid layout can be archived where a table layout
limits this fluidity.
