I haven't dived into your page indepth, but just playing w/ it a little, #wrapper looks to be about 20px wider than your center column, and #body and its contained table are lining up on the left side of #wrapper, and thus out of kilter. Since it's working in IE, and not Firefox, my first instinct would be that you have box model issues going on. But like I said, that's just a guess.
