I'm trying to do a complete XHTML Strict with 100% CSS layout
website, but I'm encountering strange problem.
The html:

So, in FireFox and Safari (I'm using Mac) everything is fine. When
you open this page using IE/Win 6x it seems fine too, however when
you hit refresh everything gets f***ed up. I removed all of the holy
hacks (do not pay attention to the margin problems) I had in my CSS
file, but no result. I clear the IE cache and it looks fine again,
but when hit refresh again it scrulls up.
I have many comments in my CSS. Is this a possible cause?
Anyone?
Any help would be appreciated!
