Sorry, I forgot to mention that you just need to click the cancel button at the login prompt. This file is displaced where it is, as it resides on another server as part of an in development system. That accounts for the login prompt, since the file is still trying to call images from that server. However, you should still be able to see the CSS files using the direct links I provided since they are not protected themselves. Regarding the float width, I do have a width on every floated element.
